Vienna just recieved her “V” Rating and a perfect koer report at the NE Regional Sieger Show from Master Judge Lothar Quoll (historian for the SV and the progeny judge at the 2003 World Seiger Show in Germany). Vienna is the last producing daughter of Jello Wienerau who is considered by many to be the greatest producer ever brought over to our shores from Germany. Many of his progeny have first place status in competitions all over the world. His great-grandson Bax von der Luisenstrass just became Sieger at the 2003 World Sieger Show in Germany!In a photograph, one can see Vienna’s beauty and superior quality. When she is in motion, however, she is absolutely breathtaking in her grace and the effortless power in her strides. She is an excellent mother, fostering confidence and curiosity in her pups. One of the rarest qualities in her is her adaptability. She lives with children, cats, other dogs and livestock. She has excellent discrimination using her protective instincts, which allows us to take her into any situation without an overreaction common to many protective dogs. Though she is always eager to work or play, she has a calm quality that stems from absolute soundness in temperament which she passes on to her pups. Vienna is now retired and enjoying a life of leisure.
